The Copperhead

Not as sharp of a photograph like I want it to be, but I did not have my telephoto lens with me and I didn't want to get bitten.

It's sort of funny, I was walking into the crag with my friend Jim to do some climbing. The first thing I thought of was that I needed to be watching out for copperheads. I was less than a foot away from this one, I just walked right passed it and didn't even see the snake and then Jim said, Mark you just walked passed a Copperhead. Luckily the snake didn't give a crap about us and just laid in the same place the whole day, right on the side of the trail.
